At Saarth Academy, we strive to deliver a smooth and enriching learning experience. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or services. By registering or making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy
All payments made for our courses and programs are non-refundable once:
- Course access has been granted, or
- The batch has officially started.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Change of mind after payment
- Inability to attend classes
- Scheduling conflicts or personal issues
Refunds Will Be Considered Only In The Following Exceptional Cases:
- Duplicate Payment (with valid payment proof)
- Technical Error during online payment processing
- Course Cancellation from our side
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation only within 24 hours of payment, provided that:
- The course access has not yet been activated
- No materials, live classes, or recorded sessions have been shared
After course activation or material delivery, no cancellation will be accepted.
3. Batch Transfers & Course Changes
- Transfer to a different batch or course may be allowed based on availability and is subject to approval by Saarth Academy.
- No fee adjustments, discounts, or partial refunds will be granted for batch transfers.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To initiate a refund, cancellation, or transfer request, you must send an email with the following details:

- Reason for Refund/Cancellation Request
Incomplete or unverifiable requests will not be processed.
